The Onkwehón:we Health Check-in is a comprehensive survey, meant to:
Gather data related to health and wellness of Six Nations community members
Identify priorities, needs and gaps in the services of the Six Nations community
Help in planning, allocating, and applying for resources to help improve the wellbeing of Six Nations

This study is proudly an independent survey:
Developed, designed and carried out by Six Nations
No external partners have been involved in funding, design or collection and storage of data
We exercise data sovereignty and stress the importance of the community controlling our own data
We are proudly created by Six Nations, for Six Nations!

The Onkwehón:we Health Check-In has started! In November we began to survey our very first participants and handed out coupons to our Seeds.
