The Onkwehón:we Health Check-In has started!
The Onkwehón:we Health Check-In has started! In November we began to survey our very first participants and handed out coupons to our Seeds. We have currently completed 3 surveys and have 29 coupons circulating within the community. The Onkwehón:we Health Check-In Survey will gather health data from community members in order to identify priorities, needs, and gaps in services for the community using Respondent Driven-Sampling (RDS). The success of this survey is dependent on engagement from the community: If you have a coupon, please do not hesitate to reach out to us, we would love to hear from you! Let’s make a change for our community together.
